Noise has a way of passing for depth. Titles, languages, processes, presentations — all these can create the impression of substance without the reality of it. Too often, work gets buried under this unnecessary weight.
The real task is usually smaller and harder at the same time: to see what matters, strip away what does not, and make the answer hold. That's what I do. What lasts is clarity, sound judgment, and work that can stand up to a second look. Complexity is a distraction. Clarity is not.
